- ★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆I had to set up all my accounts online, bring them in for the personal adviser to review...then she moved all of our funds, with the promise of a scheduled conference call (because my husband and I work) to discuss our investment options and she never followed up. She left our 401k in cash and sold our funds at the bottom of the market. We finally invested our funds on our own & asked Fidelity to remove her from our accounts, she called to find out what she could do to help us, my husband told her to call back the next day & she never called us again. Run quickly away from this branch. We'll try another branch only because his current employer uses Fidelity.By Jen Wallace, November 02, 2016
